Probably, but aren't reasons for embarrassing medical errors required to be kept secret?

When you see headlines like this,"Nearly 25% of nurses wouldn't recommend their hospital", you start to realize the reason for the secrecy.

Misdiagnosing death apparently is not very uncommon.

It's disgusting when a procedure,

euphemistically called an autopsy,

is used to verify the death diagnosis.
